What happens in therapy?
What comes to mind when you think of mental health? The goal of therapy is often times to get folks to a "better" state of mental health, but this looks different from person to person. And if the definition of mental health is a moving target, then the concept of "progress" is as well. Chris works with clients to determine goals for therapy and is consistently working with clients and gaining feedback about whether those goals remain relevant, and how progress is being made toward those goals.
